As part of Europe Day, the junior and senior ambassadors organized a European food event and games to celebrate Europe Day, showcase the activities of the EPAS club, and provide information about the European Union to the rest of the students.

Since we participated in the celebration on May 9th at Europe House in London, we held our own celebration at the school on May 17th. For this, we decided to not only offer an information point about the EPAS club and the European Union for the other students but also to organize games and a tasting of traditional European sweets made by ourselves. This was a representation of the multiculturalism of our school and the European Union. The students were able to taste French madeleines, Spanish almond cake, Portuguese pastéis de nata, Polish szarlotka, Italian tiramisu cookies, and German and Ukrainian sweets.
It was a great success. Many secondary and primary students, as well as teachers and school staff, came to our stand to enjoy this cultural exchange, learn more about Europe Day, and European democracy. We received very positive feedback, and for all of us, it was a great learning experience, from organizing the event to running our stand and sharing our European values with the rest of our community.
