Home Economics Day of Food

The Home Economics (HE) department recently hosted a vibrant Day of Food Culture to celebrate culinary diversity. The event featured a variety of activities that engaged students in exploring global cuisines.

Students participated in cooking demonstrations, where they learned to prepare traditional dishes from different countries. These hands-on sessions included seeing how the different cultures eat and cook.

The day also included a food tasting fair, where students sampled dishes from around the world. Each station was decorated with cultural artifacts and information about the cuisine’s origins, providing an educational backdrop to the tasting experience.

Additionally, students created food culture posters that highlighted the history and significance of various dishes. These posters were displayed around the school, enriching the visual and educational environment.
