Discussion session with students on the Grey Belt in England
On November 6th, 16 junior ambassadors from Carmel College joined a lively chat about the Labour government’s plan to build on the ‘Grey Belt’ to tackle housing issues. Home Economics Day of Food
The Home Economics department just threw an awesome Day of Food Culture, celebrating culinary diversity! Students dove into global cuisines with cooking demos, learning to whip up traditional dishes. They also enjoyed a food tasting fair, sampling worldwide flavors. Creative food culture posters added a fun, educational touch around the school.

Visit to the UK Parliament
On Tuesday, October 22nd, thirty Junior Ambassadors from Carmel College, St Helens, had an exciting trip to London. We toured the House of Lords, watched the Speaker’s procession into the House of Commons, and listened to Foreign Office questions. We also enjoyed a Q&A session with local MP Marie Rimmer.
